Who delivers my order?

This depends on the size and weight of your order. For instance, we make use of the delivery service DHL for our taps and wash bowls. If the order concerns large or heavy products, such as our bathroom units or baths, we use our regular delivery service.

Can I choose a delivery time for my order?

DHL shipment
We deliver our products - such as taps and wash bowls - via the delivery service DHL. DHL delivers our packages within 24-48 hours, during the day from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). You will receive shipping confirmation by email, including a track & trace code with which you can follow your order. When you have received the track & trace code, you can make changes to the delivery by simply clicking the code. For instance, choose the time of delivery or have the product delivered to a neighbour or a DHL service point.

Our delivery service drop-off
If the order concerns products that are large and/or weigh more than 20kg, our regular delivery service will deliver your order to you personally. In the agreed delivery week, the delivery service will contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you.

Can my order be installed on delivery?

No, unfortunately not. Neither the DHL nor our regular delivery service are trained to install taps, hang bathroom units horizontally and install baths. Mastello delivers products and leaves the installation of these to professionals.

What falls under the delivery service and what do I need to arrange myself?

We deliver your order up to the threshold of your home or the stairwell on the ground floor. If you have ordered a (Solid surface) bath, the driver will deliver this to the location that is accessible to the lorry or pallet truck.

If you need a removal lift to transfer the products to a different storey, you need to arrange this yourself.
