How do I place an order?
Place the products in your digital bathtub using the large blue button. If you place your online order using your Mastello account it will be faster because we already know you. You don't have an account? You can also order without an account but we will need your details. You are, of course, always welcome to come and visit our showroom where we can place your order on the spot.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet left the warehouse, you can cancel it by sending us an email. Send your email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been sent, you can return it to us on the basis of our return policy.
How can I change my order?

How do I know if my product is in stock?
The product page shows the current stock status of the product in our shop and warehouse. The stock status is always shown next to the photo of the product.
How do I know what the expected delivery time of my product is?
Many of our products are in stock, which enables us to make quick deliveries. The exact delivery time of your product can be found next to the blue 'add to bathtub' button on our website.
How do I know when a product will be back in stock if the status is 'temporarily sold out'?
Unfortunately, the product is currently out of stock. On the product page on our website you can see when we expect the product to be available again.
How do I place a pre-order for a product that is 'temporarily sold out'?
Your product is currently out of stock. However, you can pre-order the product from us. You will find an orange pre-order button next to the product in question. Click this and follow the normal steps. We will deliver your product as soon as it is in stock again. If you have ordered multiple products with us, you can opt to have the product delivered at the same time as the rest of your order.
What to do if you would like to file a complaint?
This means that there is something you are not happy about and we are very sorry about this! Customer satisfaction is not a power word to us. It genuinely is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. So what now? We do, of course, intend to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible. The best way to do this is to contact our customer service, which can be reached every day.
