After you have placed an order, we always send the invoice per email. If you have a Mastello account, log in and you will be able to view, download or print your invoice via 'my orders'.
What do I do if I want to change my invoice or if it is incorrect?
We can change this for you. Please contact our customer service for this and inform them about what you would like to have changed or what is presumably incorrect. You will then receive a credit invoice from us, making the current invoice void. We will then send you the new, adjusted invoice.
